ERG (Employee Resource Groups) Safe Zones
In light of stress among the black and brown populations we have found that companies that are creating Safe Zone Workshops are showing solidarity with their employees. By doing so, these safe spaces allow employees with diverse backgrounds to experience an environment to speak freely and contribute wholly; creating a win-win solution for both the employer and employee. Career Sisters is an expert in creating these types of environments, because we can relate, speak candidly and assist in creating goals to positively impact the bottom line while motivating your top assets.

Career and Personal Assessments
We apply a variety of assessment tools to enhance the learning and professional development for the outcomes of our programs. The top four we currently use depending on the company and/or individual are as follows:
DISC
Measures observable behavior.
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)
Regularly used for team-building purposes, it divides everyone into one of 16 different personality types.
Gallup Strengthsfinder
Focuses predominantly on strengths rather than weaknesses, preferences or behaviors.
360 Degree Feedback
Involves receiving feedback from multiple colleagues. This can be done anonymously or with names associated.
